We supply PPE and custom workwear, including personalised items such as printed or embroidered clothing.

Because many items are custom-made, slight variations in colour, design placement, or finish may occur.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (including sizes, spelling, and artwork) are correct before placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping is charged as follows:

  • Orders under £275: £13.50 shipping fee

  • Orders £275 and over: Free standard shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production or courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect

  • Non-custom items may be returned if unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer unless the item is faulty

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Liability

Our products are intended for professional and industrial use where applicable.

We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from use of our products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure PPE items are suitable for their intended use and comply with relevant safety requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, images, and product designs) belongs to our business and must not be copied or used without permission.

For custom orders, you confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or branding supplied.

Privacy

We only use your personal information to process and deliver your order and provide customer support. Your data is handled in line with UK data protection laws.
